Хорова композиція Е. Вітакера «When David Heard» : взаємодія композиторської та виконавської творчості

Abstract

У магістерській роботі досліджено особливості взаємодії композиторської та виконавської творчості на прикладі хорової композиції Еріка Вітакера «When David Heard». Розкрито художньо-естетичні засади творчості композитора, визначено характерні риси його індивідуального хорового стилю та місце у розвитку сучасного хорового мистецтва. Здійснено аналіз композиційних, драматургічних, інтонаційних і фактурних особливостей твору «When David Heard». Особливу увагу приділено дослідженню виконавських інтерпретацій композиції та виявленню механізмів реалізації композиторського задуму в сучасній хоровій практиці. На основі компаративного аналізу інтерпретаційних версій окреслено основні стратегії взаємодії композиторської та виконавської творчості в процесі створення художнього образу твору.

The master's thesis examines the interaction between compositional and performing creativity through the example of Eric Whitacre’s choral composition When David Heard. The study reveals the artistic and aesthetic foundations of the composer’s work, identifies the distinctive features of his individual choral style, and determines his contribution to the development of contemporary choral art. The compositional, dramaturgical, intonational, and textural characteristics of When David Heard are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the study of performance interpretations and the ways in which the composer’s artistic conception is realized in contemporary choral practice. Based on a comparative analysis of different interpretations, the research outlines the principal strategies of interaction between compositional and performing creativity in the process of shaping the artistic image of the work.
